I went to bed at about 7:15pm because I was ill and needed a little sleep before I got up and started work on my business studies ECA (end of course assessment). I only got an hours sleep but it was better than nothing.
I know that I didn’t go to bed to sleep for the night but I feel that this counts anyway!!

I went to bed before midnight (just).

I have a habit of staying up late and not doing anything. Most of the time I am watching a load of rubbish on the TV or surfing the web aimlessly.

I need to go to bed more before midnight because I need 8-9 hours sleep most nights and the earlier I go to bed the earlier I can get up and the more I can get done.

Even if I go to bed early and don’t want to sleep I can sit and read a book, I have made sure there are some in my bedroom at all times, or listen to music or maybe have a bath or something.
Then it isn’t so bad going to bed earlier and I find most nights I am more tired than I realise so instead of sitting up doing nothing I should make the effort to go to bed instead so I can relax with a book or go to sleep.
