I’ve done a work on a lot of my goals but I’m having problems in terms of when to say its done.
For instance “Quit Smoking” is something I’ve been doing for nearly three months but I decided to make it measurable by saying it would be done at 180 days – which is a month longer than my previous longest quit.
I’ve already changed some goals… “take more photographs” became “Become a better photographer by shooting and learning every day” which is a little less ambiguous. “Journal” has become “Do morning pages for 12 weeks” which is the length of the Artists Way course and enough time to establish a habit. Maybe I’ll put a different journaling goal in after that.
This is something I’ll be going through out this week.
