    the chub is on its way out. in addition to joining weight watchers with my mom, i’ve been doing all sort of arm exercises with 3 and 5 lb. weights every other day. (hey you have to start somewhere). I’ve kept this up for about three weeks, we’ll see if it’s truly a habit yet.
