i want to do 100 press ups

iam 15 and at the moment iam able to do 35 if i really push my self im not parricularly strong and i have weak upper body strengh i have been doin 20 30 press ups everynight for 2 -3 weeks now have so far seen no improvement how does anyone have a rough idea when i might start to see a a slight improvement in upper body strengh ?

Well… several years ago I struggled to do 5-10 in one go! I’m up to 60 now, on the limit, and that’s without extensive specific practice doing them – I’m fairly confident 100 will come around soon enough… then the target will be 200!! crowd gasps
