Start telling people NO...without explaining myself

I may complete this goal sooner than I thought. I hope my sentiments aren’t superficial. But I really am getting fed up with people in general lately…..so maybe that’s why it’s easier to say “no”. Got too much drama goin’ on. And defintely not self-inflicted drama either.

I don’t know why people feel as if I owe them an explanation for why I say no. Well, lemme back up. First I have to start saying no. And with full conviction and authority. No really does mean NO. If I can’t or simply can’t do it….I’m going to start saying NO. And then when I do, that’s it…..none of that, “Well, I would but….” or “No, but only because..” No. I’m grown and don’t owe anyone any explanation for anything. The end.
