Done with this goal. I finally can control what I eat and the amount of food that I have to send into my system. I did a good job for Thanksgivings and I am expecting to do the same for the next holidays. Wish me luck!

I did better today although I have to admit that I am a big mess when it comes to this goal. I try my best to eat healthy food and drink water. I am leaving now for a pre-halloween party with my friends and I will try to keep this goal in mind.

..with the holidays and all, and the fact that I love munching, this has cost me a lot of mental and emotional turmoil. It’s almost ridiculous except for a flash of inspiration struck me today, and I invented the 3-cookie rule. Should be self-explanatory.. ;)

..and I’ve been good about controlling my food portions. Lots of fruits too, and more water than I usually take. Eating well seems to be having a positive impact on me. I feel light-hearted, more so than I’ve ever felt in weeks. It helps that I’m getting sufficient sleep too. :)

Me and my son love this to bits! Thank God I only bought a small bag and he shared half of it, so I don’t feel to guilty devouring the bag in one go!

I just saw Pixar’s latest movie, Ratatouile. I think Remy the rat is on to something. Eat slowly and savour the food and all its flavours. Instead of gorging it down as if my stomach was a bottomless pit.

..well, I definitely ate more than usual, so while it wasn’t actually a non-stop food fest, it certainly does qualify as overeating in my book.
So the next few days.. back on the wagon. No rice, lots of water and fruits. Plenty of protein & exercise! I missed squash the whole of last week, so need to make up for it big time this week.
I’m almost afraid to get on the weighing scale.. :(

Working on this goal and doing good. Whenever I feel that I am losing control over this goal, I eat an apple. I will pick up another fruit next week. It helps.

eat Key Lime Crumb Cake everyday around 2:00 PM but since I started to work on this goal, I just have a portion once a week. I must admit that it is a big “sacrifice” for my overeating tendencies :-|
