I’ve done it! I no longer drink soda. Well.. I drink at about 1 can each month? lol. I don’t like the taste of it anymore. I love water!

I have actually got to where I like water. I still need to be more consistant with this goal.
I will really concentrate on drinking enough water next week and log my progress.
I have been drinking a lot of water in preparation for yoga classes. I have seen a big difference in the way I feel and the way my skin looks. I love it!!!
I drank 64 ounces of water yesterday! I drank most of it in the evening, though, and I had to get up 3 times during the night. That was a mistake! I will drink more during the day today!
So this goal is one that I need to start immediately. I would like to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Even on weekends! The problem I have with this goal is that I hate using public restrooms so I hate drinking water during work. I will get over this.
Things I will do…starting tomorrow…to achieve this goal:
- always have 64 oz. of water available to me at my desk or at home.
- if I don’t drink the water during the day, I have to chug it when I get home…which is no fun and I will have to pee all night!!
- I will make water more appealing, by adding lemon.
- I can substitute a glass of water with a cup of tea.
