What really helps

is quitting my office job. I was eating every piece of junk that came through there without any sort of mindfulness. I don’t buy that stuff for home, and the restaurant I work for makes everything from scratch using organic, mostly local ingredients. I’m still eating rich foods, but hey, at least they’re not full of chemicals I can’t pronounce. Next step I think is to adopt a more macrobiotic diet.
