I was skipping class one day in high school and just roaming the halls when I smelled something cooking and poked my head into a classroom. The teacher was frying pig brains. It was a science class but I’m not sure what the point of the lesson was. Instead of interrogating me for not being in class, the teacher invited me in to sample the brains, so I did. They tasted like a cross between bacon and sausage and they were mushy, like a cooked chicken liver. Pretty good as long as you don’t look at it. :)
