off to a great start with my resolve to return to a meatless menu: one whole week of vegetarian meals is accomplished now. I already feel better, although my family members are carnivores and rallying for steak and potatoes. Next week I will continue to eat vegetarian myself but cater a BIT more to their tastes. They hung in there pretty good though, with potato soup, pea soup, tofu burgers, homemade bread, homemade pizza, and a pasta recipe without meat so far. Yay! 6 years ago
