Exam stress and just general laziness I think is making this much harder. I feel tired all the time, i keep having naps and waking up really late as well.

I think its got alot to do with not sleeping properly, eating alot of junk and sugar and caffeine and not drinking enough water, so prety much entirely self inflicted. Which possibly makes it worse!!!!

I read an entry n someone elses page saying
“If you usually get up at 9am, getting up at 6am will give you, approximately, 46 extra days in the year. That’s roughly 6 extra years of consciousness in 50 years” Brilliant, let just hope I can manage it. Tomorrows a library day so will try and get a nice early start.

If you usually get up at 9am, getting up at 6am will give you, approximately, 46 extra days in the year. That’s roughly 6 extra years of consciousness in 50 years. Now I just need is the discipline to get out of bed and to think of something to fill those extra years with.

Well I was up at 8.00 this morning and went to the library bright and early. I know this isn’t really early at all but was a massive improvemenet for me. Meeting someone early to go to with is a real motivator, I let her down on Sunday I was exhausted but am determined not to let her down again.

I must get up when my alarm clock sounds rather then lazing around in bed. I waste so much time and it doesnt make me less tired at all.

The morning is the best time to work and I need to really make an effort to get up and start the day on time.
