once again, the best of intentions… to reconnect with those i care about and let them know they are important to me.
a good start… all cards written, sealed, addressed by Dec. 18
then, no 42 cent stamps and it is an Artic Blizzard outside
ok, got the stamps, it is after Christmas but before New Year’s.
can’t find the cards because i put them in a “safe place”
found the cards but it is now March. Do I send them? With a note? and if so what do i say? sigh.

EponaBri worked for 4 hours on genealogy
Although many of them didn’t get out until “olde Christmas” on
January 6th… at least they are finished along with the annual
Christmas letter….

Missed maybe one or two which I found afterwards… oops! But I wrote and addressed all my friends’ cards. My wife was lovely and posted them for me :)

That’s one hour completed and all the cards written for everyone I already knew last year. Now I just have to think up any new people I’ve met this year.

Time to start… we bought lots of cards at the weekend to go with any we find in the christmas box. I’ve allocated 1 hour from my busy schedule to make a start tonight.
Once I get going, I can judge how much more time to allocate.

I dug the christmas box out in the attic, I suppose I’d better look in it to see if there are any cards there. Time is marching.

For many years, I have been bad at sending christmas cards. Not this year – I’m going to do it. And be happy doing it. My friends deserve recognition, and it’d be selfish of me to not get round to sending them out.
I’m getting quite excited already… maybe I’ll start now :)
