Chocolunatic is working on goal 8. & 36.
I just came back a few hours ago and I am still suffering from the aftermath of this test. I took a nap and I dreamt that I am still answering the questions!! The test was too long that my mind still thinks it is going on!! weird thought I know!!
I think I did well in the reading section. BUT in the other sections I drifted away at times. I think I did worst in the speaking section, I spoke total gibberish. I hope I score well in the test. I hope my scores exceed my expectation AND the score needed to apply for a masters.
sigh…it is such a relief its over.
Chocolunatic is working on goal 8. & 36.
Already registered….all I can do right now is practice a few sample tests before my test tomorrow. I hope I will do really well in it. I really need it to pursue another goal of mine – applying for a masters degree.
Cheer me on _ and wish me luck

I got 670 points out of 677 on the PBT and I’m very very very happy with it. I got 67/67 on reading, 68/68 on grammar and 66/68 on listening, so that was the only part where I made mistakes. I am proud of myself, and I kind of wanted to show it off to my former English teacher on whom I have a crush, but then I decided not to. :-)
Well, that was easy, and boring!
At least in the end I got 115 points out of 120, so that more or less made up for the stress and time wasted in this little adventure.

I took it on the 7th of March. Maybe I did crappily, but hey at least I did it. It wasn’t that difficult, except for the write an essay in 30 minutes and the listen to a geology lecture with no writing allowed parts. Actually I know my score won’t be awful, but will it be enough to allow me to go study in the States? One can only hope. But hey, I can always retake it.

I ordered a book on Amazon.com to help me prepare for the TOEFL which I’m taking in March. It hasn’t come yet, but that’s something, right? Now all I need is some discipline. There’s no reason why I shouldn’t get a good score if I study hard enough, right? And I would just looove to be able to go and study in the USA for a year. It’s like the best country, they sell pretzels everywhere on the street and there’s a lot of shopping to do. (and I’m a real shopaholic)
