I found this great recipe online and have not been able to replicate it, but you have to have the right pan and crepe circle maker. It’s really easy.
How I did it: I used a family recipe and I went with it.
Lessons & tips: Make it fun. It's ok to fail the first few crepes.
Resources: My family members and my friends who laughed when the flipping failed and cheered when we each came up with a "perfect" crepe

I made crêpes with strawberries for breakfast.
Wonderful, yes, but what could I do to enhance this beautiful moment?
I called up my sister and put her on speakerphone and she was had been practicing a French song on her accordion and played it for me.
Instant euphoria! :)
Délicieux!
i used the recipe provided by pumpkinspice. they were much easier than i expected, and turned out pretty good, considering i didn’t actually measure anything. i ate so many, but i’m still getting ideas of different things to put inside… i started with strawberries, banana, and whipped cream. i’ll make these again soon.
I don’t know why I don’t just make my own crepes, I love the ones at silly old IHOP…
I just made crepes for my dinner. I used blackcurrent jam for a filling because that’s the only jam or fruit I had on hand, but mmmm it’s good! These were so much easier to cook than I thought they be, you can cook these so quickly. Really easy! Need a recipe to make crepes? Let me know and I’ll help you out :)
found a recipe, now I just have to buy the ingredients and find the time to try making them. Maybe Saturday morning.
