This is actually a sub-goal under my goal of losing 45 pounds. I just had a doctor complete my first physical in a decade, and he told me that I only needed to lose 20 pounds to not be overweight, so perhaps I’ll modify that goal but I know I want to lose more than 20. He also advised that I eat like a grazer (mini-meals) and that I base my diet on more vegetables – salad for lunch, veggies for dinner, and fruit as those crucial snacks in between to make sure that my body doesn’t get hungry or crave sugar throughout the day.
So I’ve decided to focus my dinners using a vegetable as the main ingredient and I’m eating spinach salads for lunch.
