I found another difficulty on doing nice thigs just because. And it´s that even when you do it just is a good thing, I always think about what other peopl will think about that. I know is a problem, i think the same when i go on the street and someone looks at me, I can´t stop thinking, what thought she/he about me. But i feel bad when that happens to me when for example i give money to poor people, because i think, i´m doing because this person, or because all this people (even when they have not give him money) will think I´m a bad person.
I´m trying to fix that, and never think about it. If i have i give money, if i dont, i dont give money, but i dont think if they are thinking that i´m a bad person or not. I´m not, thats te important thing

Mmmm…
:D on sunday i´m going to go to plant trees to “Leganes” a place of madrid.
We go there, we have lunch, and at 15:00 we start to plant the trees.
A good thing, that will help the planet, and a good activity for me to do on sunday.
No disadvantages.

Make a nice gesture, and just be happy to make someone smile

there’s a word for this, one of the best words in the English language: altruism. I love it!

This should be the currency everybody pays each other with. When you have something that you don’t sorely need, that someone else does, what can possibly stop you from sharing it with them?
I know the other night, I gave a $10 bill to a homeless gentleman who told me some jokes, as a tip. I’m broke, but he’s more broke. Yes, he probably went and got a case of beer, and had a wonderful evening. He told me that if he was a woman, he would be pregnant with my baby by now.
While that is far from true… he was singularly happy, for such a small gesture. If we could all be so lucky.
