I got some whitening strips and it’s day 5 of my treatment. I’m not sure if I see a difference yet or not :S. I guess I’ll have to wait until someone points it out. But hopefully! My teeth were really bugging me. I’ve also been wearing my retainer everyday :) 12 months ago

So because I lost my retainer in Decemeber.. actually CJ accidentally through it out, my teeth shifted a bit. I went back to my dentist and he agreed to use a make-shift retainer treatment on me. They take an impression of my teeth to make a retainer out of, but then alter it a little to push my teeth a certain way. It’s like InvisAlign, pretty much. Day 2 of wearing it, and my mouth is super sore, but I will not give up wearing it! In two weeks, I’ll get a new impression done and a new retainer. 13 months ago

Obviously in the long run I want to have beautiful teeth…
but i’m having trouble with the step by step process to get there.

I should be wearing my retainer 20 hours a day and it’s a miracle if I wear for half a day every three days. I really need some sorta push to be able to do this. I don’t want to use the whitening strips until my teeth are perfectly in place. 15 months ago

my braces are gone, and my teeth still aren’t perfect. but they’re much better. now i’m wearing invisible retainers. and i’ll be using crest whitening strips soon :). 23 months ago
