A fear of heights.
A fear of motion.
A fear of sleeping in moving vehicles.
A fear of needles.
A fear of animals.
All these fears affect my day to day life adversely. I need to do something but am not sure of the help I need. Suggestions would be helpful.

Well, I know it’s probably unreasonable to expect so much from a single practice, but then again, between what I’ve read and what my friends told me, it just could work.
Expensive, yeah (and actually less than psychoanalysis, if you take the frequency of sessions and the expected duration of the cure), but that just might be worth it.
I can’t wait!

I spent 20 minutes kicking and screaming in the doctor’s office yesterday, but I did it, I let her give me a tetanus shot, for which I was about ten years late. I was so intensely scared I had to squeeze my sweetie hard into my arms, thus flexing my shoulder muscles and making the shot actually hurt me, but still, I did it.
Now, since this was extremely funny, let’s do it again next month!
