So far I have only been good about it in email. How sad, but it’s safe I guess. I know when I tell my friend I love her she is going to crack up. She already thinks I’m a kook. I swear I’ll get around to it eventually.

I have a friend I’ve had for 25 years and never once have I told her I love her. My boss tells me she loves me and I think that’s so cool. I’ve just never been one to say it much. Only in the last couple of years have I told my family I love them on a regular basis. From now on, when I say to goodbye to someone, I’m going to say I love you, whether it’s in person or on the phone, including email. Love ya!

I’ve managed to tell my friends that I do love them. I’m absolutely certain that each of them knows I love them.

My friend recently disappeared along with her parents. Apparently they’re in Chicago because her mother passed out in the airport, however they didn’t tell her brother(who happens to be dating my sister and is in college) or any other of her family members. We had the police check their house today and their dog isn’t there and everything looks normal. I really hope that they’re okay. I was really fearing the worst. Nobody’s heard from them except two people at school so I was thinking that I’d have to watch the police drag her out of the house in a body bag. First thing I’m gonna do when she gets back is tell her I love her.

Ever since Hurricane Katrine I have made an effort to tell my friends I love and appreciate them.
