Travel from coast to coast in the USA

I would like to get a big fat, non-politcally correct, unenvironmentally sound RV (no jeep attached, though, that is a step too far!) and tour the US not just coast to coast but every single state, Stephen Fry stylee.

This is my life’s ambition.

the only reason why i want to do this is because it seems like it would be fun and well i dont travel. i have only been a few places and i think that i would enjoy myself. i dont know who i would go with, but it would be a blast. any of my friends up for it?!

I have only visited a few states in the USA but have been fascinated by the country since I was really young. I would like to travel from coast to coast and take as long as I wanted and take whatever route I wanted, seeing as many states as possible.
