I haven’t been tracking my goals on 43 things lately, but I have cleansed, toned and moisturised 2x most days and at least once a day in the time I have been away. I will resume tracking my progress on this goal on Monday (28th July).

...to get back into the routine of doing it. It is really not that hard, but I just had let is slip for ages. Taking the time to cleanse, tone and moisturise has also helped me become more calm and structure my day a bit more. I know that sounds silly but it does. It takes a max of 5 minutes, but makes me feel like I am doing something good for myself and have the discipline to pull it through.
