So I’ve embraced technology and got a g1. It’s a bit awesome and I’ve started using it to keep my food diary again. Hopefully it will last! We shall have to see.

But overall I already can spot what I need to improve. It’s just making sure to do it.

Ok I’ve slipped on keeping my food diary! But I will make sure that I keep it from now on. Hopefully by keeping it on my mobile, this will mean that I have no excuse as that is always with me.

Hopefully this will give me no excuse to not keep a food diary.

Two months and still going :))) 4 months ago

I’ve been recording what I eat for about two months now. Yay! Everything, every day… (except two days) it’s not as hard to do as it seems, and it helped me in understanding my eating trends and choices. I’m continuing with Spark, choosing healthier options and moving more. My blood pressure is lower (!!!!) and I feel much better without any real effort so far. Broken wrist has been a set back for all my work out goals, but I’m almost ready to tackle exercise. Mentally – not so much. Somehow I need to find a way of getting fit without feeling awkward doing it, lol. I was never a big fan of sports in general, and last time I worked out I was still in HS, which makes me feel a lot like a fish out of the water every time I attempt anything…sad but true.
I really don’t like how hard it is to get out of my comfort zone – but I also know how great and liberating it feels when I do. So I’m going to keep working on it till…, well – till it works. lol.

having had stomach surgery, i am now adjusting. i have terrible problems with heartburn and nausea. i think keeping a list will help me identify what healthy foods i can eat and when and then stick with it. (other than dining out)
