I just gave up on being thin. I think my body is “acceptable”.

I figured I wouldn’t get very far on my own without anyone to push me or any reason to keep at it, so I signed up at a gym and got myself a coach. That means I have to commit to twice a week at the gym and if I’m not there my coach will call me. Yippee!! ... or not. Well, I guess that means that my house potato days are over.
I need to loose weight. I’ve looked like the Pilsberry Dough Boy all my life. I probably will too. BUT in trying to reach this goal I’m hoping to dump all the other weight I’m carrying. This is probably the hardest area to hit on your body and if I can just get it flat I’ll be lookin good!
Hey! I’d completely forgotten about this goal! How convenient! I guess I should get back to doing those crunches. So much for thinking I’d established a routine!

not so good.My whole plan was to exercise every morning for an hour and a half but with my tiny insomnia problem i woke up every day with the exact amount of time to take a shower and rush into my morning,Hopefully I will start this on monday(like if I could control it!)
