So I just calculated my bmi, its 12.5.

I am 5’4” and I only weigh 6.1 stones (85 lbs)
I’m tired to being super tiny.. I like being tiny tot but not tiny dot!!!

I am totally ignoring most of the advice that I have read or heard about gaining weight and am now gaining quicker and easier.
I am doing lots of exercise, swimming each morning, doing a heavy gym workout most evenings and ride my bicycle each day.
I avoid most processed foods and refined sugar. I do not go to fast food restaurants.
I regularly enjoy munching on fresh crisp crunchy raw green vegetables as a snack, or have them with grilled fish, skinless chicken breast fillet, or kangaroo mince (a game meat which has almost no fat and is available in Australia for $7 per kilogram).
I also have other types of meals for variety and to include more fats or carbohydrates.
I am careful how I combine my foods as I dislike stomach pain, and want to get the most benefit from the foods that I eat. I don’t eat fruit with other foods. Often I start the day with a few pieces of sweet fresh ripe fruit and within an hour I feel hungry and eat something else. I avoid combining meat with starchy vegetables or grains. This is often a challenge as they are normally combined in traditional meals – meat and potato, fish and chips, hamburgers or meat sandwiches.
I feel fit and healthy yet my belly has grown. I have purchased some bigger shorts and trousers as my old ones don’t fit any more. I originally intended to only go to 95 kilograms however I am enjoying gaining weight that I may go beyond the 100 kilograms that I stopped at last time.

I’ve been told by my doctor that, for my height, i am 2 stone underweight! this completly shocked me as i eat all the time when i’m at home, but i need to change my diet so it’s more varied. My boyfriend said to eat more fry ups etc…but i don’t want to have to many as i want my skin to improve. Plus i want to fill out not get fat. I’ve made a good start so far. Aswell as my fave food, pasta with melted cheese and bolognase sauce, i’m now eating more jacket potatoes, cottage pies, chicken, pizzas. But if anyone out there can recommend any food i should try then i’d be really grateful. i do have one fateful flaw. i just love having the raisin, oats and more cereal every morning for breakfast. it doesn’t help me gain weight but it’s delicious. i do also have weetabix every now and again though…with sugar and skimmed milk
Breakfast-
Glass of Fresh Cream
4 Slices of Toast with butter,peanut butter and jam.
Bowl of weetbix with milk and sugar.
Lunch
Kilo of bacon
6 Egg Fried omlette
Dinner:
Cask of Wine
Pork Roast
Vegetables
I’m too skinny I’m sick of only weighting a paltry 21 stone heres my diet:
Breakfast:Gallon of half and half milk
Loaf of bread
Lunch:
Handful of dates
4 Fried eggs
Dinner:
Large Big mac meal with coke
Mc flurry
Double cheeseburger
Filet of fish
And I try to do as little activity as possible, I drive everywhere, never walk if possible and sit on my ass all day.
I am tired of being super skinny. I finally went from 115lbs to 125lbs but I keep going down to 120 which puts me in fear of slipping back to 115. I want a booty and thick thighs. Any suggestions…..
