what helped for me is to stop using electronic devices so often. which means: dont turn on my computer imidiatly when i get home, dont listen to my music so often or watch dumb tv shows, dont check my email so often and definitly not with my mobile every other minute. it relaxes you. though dont overreact couse people need inspiration.

NoAnswers is lost & confused, & after 2 years i still have no answers. Ironic.
I cant stop myself from thinking about the past and how much ive been hurt. I cant stop thinking about my ex and how much i might still love him. I was numb for a very long time, and now my chest has started hurting like crazy. Its not heartburn, it only happens when im upset… IE suicidal. Like the night my bf got drunk and started talking about killing himself. It brought up memories and I unconsciously began scratching at myself. A leftover from my cutting addiction. I just want all the memories to be cleared away from my head. Amnesia would be a wonderful blessing….

I achieved total control over my mind and my thoughts about a year ago. I meditated every night for three weeks slowly removing all the rubbish from my mind until I could think without thinking. I know this may sound impossible but it isn’t. It’s just difficult to achieve. The hardest part is having enough mental disipline to push all your thoughts from your mind and keep your mind totally silent. You must also be very patient. It can take days just to clear some of the useless information that buzzes around in your head. How did I achieve this? Well I first worked on removing all the nonsense information like useless facts, trivia, songs and tv commercials replaying in my mind. I then moved onto the bigger issues that related to me and one by one I cleared them from my mind. Once your mind is clear then you have to make sure it stays that way by continuing to meditate. Otherwise your mind will slip back into it’s old chaotic ways. I hope this info was of help.

Every time I do yoga or massage or just try to go to sleep, my mind is talking a million miles a minute…it’s my one thing I need to work on to be successful in my career.
