How to live in the Here and Now
How I did it: deep breathing, wide-angle (owl) vision. just come back down into your body, out of your head. it's a choice to be made continually. changing lifestyle circumstances so that im not stressed out or feeling pushed by external forces to do things that i dont feel good about helps a heck of a lot. quit school, work a job as little as necessary. learn to make working a job completely unnecessary so that you can always easily and freely choose to be here and now fully.
Lessons & tips: read up on tim leary's 8 circuits of the brain. the helpful one in this regard for me is the 5th circuit. the present moment is really quite blissful.
