i don’t feel like i need to lose any more weight. i’m okay with my chubby little self. i’m not even that chubby.

instead of working out and fretting about dieting, i’m going to spend my time doing something i like instead. i’ll read a book or hang with friends or eat some ice cream instead. you guys should, too.

I walk about 4 miles a day, 5 days a week! How long do I have to continue this before I may see results??

but those five pounds seem to to BACK. uh-huh…it’s like I thought..the scale is off OR I can lose and gain five whole pounds in ONE day! I guess I will not put too much stock into the scale thing until I really start following a real program of some sort.

it appears that I lost five pounds 3 years ago

I don’t want to “speak too soon” about this..since I have seen flucuations in my scale before (“lose” 5 pounds only to see they are “back” the next day..I blame the scale, it really could be faulty).
However! this COULD be a legitimate 5 pounds. We’ll see!

...included chocolates and sherbet. It is VERY difficult not to eat stuff like that in a social situation because it SEEMS like you’ll come off as a snooty food nazi if you don’t! But I am getting my head around the fact that what others think of me is less important than what I think of me! ALSO I probably really wanted the sweets and I am making excuses. One step forward, two steps back.

I ate chocolates while watching that “top model” reality show! (ironic!) I should NOT have any chocolates in the house. I DID go for a 3 mile walk, however..that’s good.
I think I ate about 6 chocolates. It is so hard to stop eating them once I start! boo!
