I think this journey is about 50km+. I am cycling at the weekends, building up to cycling to work. I will work towards doing 50km on a bike in the gym as a way of measuring progress. I will plan my route and try to find out how long it is as I like to have an exact goal to work towards.
I think maybe Saturday or as soon as I can I will get on an exercise bike and just go for as long as I can. Test myself out and measure myself.
