i love pilates. it calms me down, kinda like yoga but not as…...uhhm lets say…I don’t know. lol. it’s just relaxing. I do pilates every morning and at 7 everyday and it makes me feel great.

i loved pilates with all my heart, but after 5 months I had so much pain acummulated on my back my doctor had to give me valium VALIUM!
then i tried it some more (2 months to be exactly) and I ended up in bed screeeching in pain.
but pilates is beautiful harmonius etc.
just not for me…
