convert to islam

i want to learn everything about islam. i have a lot going on in my life right now and im having a terrible time. i need something to hold on to, to hold close to me. i’ve decided that what’s missing is religion. duh! what was i thinking?! i need God in my life. i dont know how i’ve survived this long. i’ve decided that islam is the way for me. the more i learn, the more i like. it makes so much sense. i never thought about this way of thinking. it’s so right! i love it more and more. i cant wait to go to a mosque. i’ve never been to one before. only seen it from the street. when i was in LA i saw this mosque in real life, and it was beautiful. so beautiful. i want to be part of that. i want to be good.

The imam told me that someday I’d realize that this was the best decision I’d ever make… this was the best decision I’ve ever made.

hi this is ulusyar kha nim born muslim but i was not a good muslims as typical all muslims r these days but now my intrst is to be the preacher of islam coz Allah like this path the path of messengers grt way to spread this grt geligon to all the world so u can ask me any thing Allah has givin me some knowldge frm last 2 years im close to my Allah i felt him many tymes wow wht a grt feeling mashahallah

I am an Islamic World Studies and Political Science major who thought learning Arabic and a little about Islam would get me a nice government job and an interesting PhD. someday. But the more and more I learn about it, the more interested I am in actually studying the Qur’an. I think I want to convert, but I need more information about it. Can anyone help me?

It’s about time to set myself right with God…

I have been researching Islam for a long time now, I really wan to convert, as it is a beautiful religion…but need some more help…??? anyone who can offer that help would be very much appreciated!!

Asalaamu alaikum! I finally did it…after 5 years of searching and praying and thinking I couldn’t…alhamdoulillah, Allah makes everything easy :-)

I’m a muslim now

I have always been interested in learning about different cultures and religions….even when I was little. About 3 years ago my friend (who is Muslim) gave me a copy of the Holy Quran to read….I read it entirely and felt drawn to the religion even more. I started talking to my Muslim friends about Islam and began to read more books on it as well. To me, Islam made complete sense, and a year ago I took my Shahada at a local mosque. I feel more at peace than I did when I was Catholic, and I have no doubt in my mind that this is the right path for me.

This is a great thing! My brothers, muslims are triing to convert others to islam! El-hamdulillah! My “girlfriend” converted to islam 3 mounths ago and she is stil learning Qur’an and how to pray:) 5 days ago she told her parents and they weren’t happy (if you know what I mean;)). At first she didn’t know much about islam (when we met) but after talking with me and after my explanation that Isa a.s. (Jesus) didn’t die on the cross she finally accepted the only right path! Allah says: “Inna deena indalahil-islam (Imran , 19.)... EID MUBAREK!
