Turns out I don’t really like this book. Most of the stuff he was stating as revolutionary new concepts seemed like common sense to me and were things that had been taught all my life. I did learn something… apparently people need to be taught more about things like that. This book became a best seller and people were really hyping how good it is. I don’t know, maybe reading it made them feel like they were doing something good or something. Either way, I stopped somewhere around day 20+ I just didn’t feel like I was supposed to be reading it anymore. I just figured since it had been almost 40 days, I should make an entry on this goal.

Well, I had this set as a personal challenge, but it looks like 43things glitched and made write a book my personal challenge again.
Kind of interesting timing considering I’ve been starting to think lately that this book isn’t going to end up living up to all the hype around it. However, I still think that for some reason I’m supposed to be reading this book… even if it’s just for the experience and not so much for the actual content of the book. So, I’m going to stick with it.
Maybe I can figure out how to trick 43T into glitching back to having this as my challenge.

Right now, I don’t think I’ll have any trouble doing this, but I figured I’d add this goal just to keep myself focused. I want to read 1 day in it on the days I don’t feel like reading, and keep from reading farther ahead on the days that I want to read more. I want to stick with once a day for 40 days.
