do volunteer work in China

So I postponed China. And since patience is a virtue, I will have to exercise that quality instead. I’m a little bit sad…but I know I’m doing the right thing for my family, and for myself.

When I started my list, I didn’t put this on it because it was all arranged and ready to go. I was going to do volunteer work in China at an orphanage near Xi’an.

Now with dad in hospital, I’m not so sure that I’m going anymore. Departure date is next Thursday, so I’ve got one week to decide.

And it’s going on the list just in case I don’t quite make it…
