how can some people just decide to do things and accomplish them? this has never been me. i am really good at starting things, or thinking about things. i have started a new lifestyle. i am eating incredibly healthy and being more active. i need to quit smoking and well, accomplish everything on my list. i have to take control of myself. 2 months ago

this one is going to be a lifetime journey. But I do feel I have made progress. I know I still have a long way to go. I am marking it done because, the goal was to have MORE self discipline. I do have more than when I started. I am completing goals, maybe not always as quickly as I would like, but faster than I WAS. 4 months ago

recent discussions, a.o. with a couchsurfer and also here with sitruunapuu, I’m discovering that discipline is a key thing in life. Discipline doesn’t have to be harsh or painful. It is about committing to the goals that we set for ourselves. I think that discipline can be enjoyable, because it leads us to achieving what we really want.
Self discipline means that I want to take responsibility for the discipline in my life. It does not mean that I can’t seek for support, it means that no-one else is responsible for me (not) achieving what I want to. 8 months ago
