to say things with love. It’s very important for me to do this. Part of continuing to do this for me is to explain certain things when I am not mad. That way the ‘warmth’ can come through.

For me this goal also includes not shutting someone out of my heart, just because they are pissing me off in the moment. Not sure if anyone else knows what I mean, but it makes perfect sense to me.

My co-worker realized the other day that when she says things she wants to ‘frost them with love’. I liked the way she put it & I want to do that too.
