SEGSID and Happy Phantom are wonderful people. I am so pleased that I’ve gotten to know them via this site, as well as outside.

Colitis and Crohn’s can be debillitating diseases, and aren’t as known or talked about as many others are. I’m so impressed with SEGSID for sharing her story. Colitis runs in my family on my father’s side, affecting all of my father’s sisters and one of his brothers. I myself have irritable bowel syndrome, which is a lesser form of the condition.

So cheers to SEGSID and Happy Phantom for raising awareness, and for giving of their time and energy to do this walk and run a-thons this weekend.

5 cheers for each on very worthy goals! I wish I was in a position to contribute financially but alas now isn’t the time. That being the case I’ll be here in Ohio rooting & cheering you on as you walk/race for a cure! I hope the weather is sunny to match your dispositions!!! =)
