    It is funny I came across this because I just went on a 30 mile bike ride today. I rode from my house on 146th and Allisonville then I took the Monon Trail to Broad Ripple, I found it very peaceful, highly recommended.

    Today I rode a 35 mile training course for the MS 150. On my trail bike. On three hours’ sleep. Difficult, but fun, and I’m happy about it. We’ll see if I feel that way in the morning.

    There’s no way I can ride 150 miles, but Tom can, and is. This event was meant to prep riders for the big day. Patrick and I just did it for the heck of it.

    I got some slicks for my bike, and I think that helped, but if I start routinely riding this distance, I really need to get a road bike.
