this will probably help us keep full mobility till we’re old and grey. what a lovely thought.

It took starting physical therapy to get me to really do this faithfully. Hopefully by the time my leg problem is resolved (please, God, let it resolve eventually!) I’ll be so in the habit that I can expand to other stretches.
BTW, I really love Miriam Austin’s book, “Yoga for Wimps.” It isn’t New-Agey woo-woo yoga, just lots of great stretches, with amendments for those of us who aren’t so stretchy as others.

its the only reason i can think of…i havent strethced once since i said i would….i hate myself…i guess i shall start the countdown yet again…
...because of my hip trouble. It’s actually really helping. I also need to remember how much better I like my legs when I’m working out.
Im marking this as done. As of 10 days, I have increased my flexibility slightly and feel good altogether!
I’m going to keep it up. Especially since I’m sick, it’s the only was for me to stay active and moving.
