and have a challenge in place to do at least five minutes of flexibility exercises daily for the month of march.

We’ll see how it works out.

PT stretches 3 years ago

It took starting physical therapy to get me to really do this faithfully. Hopefully by the time my leg problem is resolved (please, God, let it resolve eventually!) I’ll be so in the habit that I can expand to other stretches.

BTW, I really love Miriam Austin’s book, “Yoga for Wimps.” It isn’t New-Agey woo-woo yoga, just lots of great stretches, with amendments for those of us who aren’t so stretchy as others.

...because of my hip trouble. It’s actually really helping. I also need to remember how much better I like my legs when I’m working out.

Im marking this as done. As of 10 days, I have increased my flexibility slightly and feel good altogether!

I’m going to keep it up. Especially since I’m sick, it’s the only was for me to stay active and moving.
