get the job i want

The job I had last summer was the job I wanted, but I really hated that job. My boss was just a frustrated guy who was yelling after me just to make him feel like he’s my superior. I really hate him. So now I’m careful of what I wish for.

The job I have this year is the total oposite. My boss is a really sweet and kind person. She likes the way I work and she tells me often that I do a really good job. I love her so much. I really feel that I’m useful there.

So now I can say that this goal is done. I got the job I wanted!

I received her call, and I can say that it’s goal IS DONE !! WAAAWW It’s only one hour after my interview !!

I’m so happy, so fuc**ng happy !!

I call my “maybe future boss” and 5 hours later, I was in her office for an interview! I gave her my CV friday.. so not even a week later, I may have the job I want !!! I think I did well for the interview, she let me know that I surely had everything that’s needed to be the best. ;) I’m waiting for her call very soon :D

I got a message on my answering machine about an interview. I just have to call her and fix the date ! Youhou !

Pray for me

In a few days I am leaving Manila. I have a scheduled interview next week…I waited for almost a year for this to happen. I got my Masters degree and this is the next step. I’m nearing the homestretch…I will tell you all about it soon.

I need to make a decision on accepting the shift supervisor postion but I am waiting to see if I am going to be offered the other position from Paul at PCC. Have to make a decision soon. So I wrote an email yesterday to ask Paul about the job. Got a little persistance…wasn’t sure if it would pay off or backfire. He responded and set up another meeting today at 2:30PM and I WAS OFFERED THE JOB! I wanted to jump up and down, scream and just get so excited. I remained cool and calm. It starts at $40,000….My life has changed today! Finally a great break and persistance paid off.

I start training for shift manager next week…

Saw the owner of the company I am waiting to work for. He came into Starbucks and I was on my break. We made conversation and I asked if anything was happening with the hiring. He said still working on getting up and running. Taking longer than they thought. He said we will have more conversations about the job in two more weeks. So hanging in again. This is really driving me crazy…the waiting….being patient.

Haven’t heard anything yet on this new job. Have created the possiblity of having this great job in the next week. Standing in receiving word that I have the job. Stop wanting and started intending on having it…. I am creating the possiblity that I will receive an email from Paul by tomorrow and be sitting at my new job, my new desk, my new office in the next week.

Interviewed for a new job. Starting at $36,000 – God it would change my life….now making $14,000 as a Barista at Starbucks. New company- very reliable source- still being considered. I am sending out a message and standing in getting this new position very soon. So hard waiting to hear.
