regular eating habits like during the vacations help to keep the weight, even though I am not dieting or anything like that.

It’s April and I just don’t feel like going to the gym.
I must admit that I have lost the edge on going there.

On average I’m in the gym 3x a week, this week I have around 7 classes booked, have been doing kickboxing, combat, power plates, circuits and weights.
I’m drinking plenty of water every day and still taking evening primrose oil, cod liver oil, zinc.
Stopped drinking milk a while ago now, I use oat milk mainly for my cereal, up until recently I used soya milk, but have decided to avoid soya products now too. Recently found coconut milk for cereal etc in a health shop, Will be tasting that tommorow. 16 months ago
