When I went to the doctor recently I was told my BP was 140/93. This really made me think. I then started measuring my pulse and it was over 100 BPM. Bpm Basicly I am exteamly unfit and am a candidate for a heart attack.
Since I do not want to die, I am going to exercise at least every day fo at least 30 mins.
I also plan on loosing 2 stone as soon as possible.

On day 47 I walked for 4 hours. It was tiring and I got sun burn but the day was a good day.
Day 48
Walked around for 90 minutes today.
Day 49
45 minutes walking done today.
Day 50
30 minutes of walking completes this goal.

Day 40
Lots of rushing around doing lots of cleaning and tidying for 5 hours.
Day 41
Rushing round finishing the tidying and cleaning and getting rid of all our junk for around 3 hours. 2 hours walking.
Day 42
1 hour walking.
Day 43
4 hours walking.
Day 44
1 hour walking.
Day 45
1 hour walking and 30 minutes dancing.

Day 33
Walking around all over the place for around an hour. It was really fast mad walking because I was in such a hurry.
Day 34
Today I danced around the house for around 45 monutes.
Day 35
Walked for 30 minutes and danced for 15 minutes.
Day 36
Danced for 30 minutes.
Day 37
Walked round for 2 hours today and danced for 20 minutes.
Day 38
Spent the day doing lots of house work, cleaning, moving things around etc and was busy all day with that for maybe 6 hours and then I walked arouned for 90 minutes in the evening so a busy day and on top of that I danced for around 20 minutes too.
Day 39
Cleaning and dancing my way around the house for 5-6 hours. A very tiring and long day.

Day 28
Today I walked for 4 hours around London, up and down the underground steps and was worn out by the end of the day.
Day 29
Today (again) I was walking around London and walked for 4-5 hours. Up and down the underground steps and all over the place. By the end of today my feet were very painful and I was glad to sit down.
Day 30
My legs are in so much pain, well my feet, and I’m seeing a concert this evening and will need to stand for 4 hours and I dont know how I will manage that.
Walked for 2-3 hours today and am tired and worn out and my feet are so painful they are throbbing and standing is the most painful thing on the planet. After standing for 3 hours during the concert my feet are so numb and painful that walking is almost impossible and standing around waiting for a train and then standing on the journey back to Waterloo was pure torture.
Day 31
My feet were so sore last night that when I stood up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom I had throbbing pains through my feet and they went from underneath me and I ended up back on the bed. It wasn’t a good night as I had to go the bathroom a lot from drinking lots of water and it was pure agony.
Walked for only 90-120 minutes today and it hurt like hell and I sat down as much as I possibly could.
