bike faster

I can average ~17 mph now on my faster bike (on a 30-40 mile ride) but I am working harder than other people. Would like to get it up to 18-20 without so much effort.

I can see that I’m around 16 kms/hour; that’s only 10 miles. Gotta get to 15 miles/hr at least.
