Dancing might help.
How I did it: I used to try some exercises but I didn't enjoy them so I didn't stick to them. Now I've been dancing tango for a couple of months and I just can't help holding my back straight. It's far from perfect of course, but the progress is visible, and people keep telling me that I got more straight. I feel differently - more confident, more beautiful, sometimes I feel like I am flying, not walking.
Lessons & tips: Pick up a kind of exercise that you will enjoy and do it regularly!
