a mile everyday killed me so hopefully this is a little more realistic and it won’t make me feel as bad.

felicia04 is eating popcorn!
so my goal is to run everyday straight through for about 30 days. yesterday was the 1st day and i think it went pretty great. I did 4 laps around the neighborhood, which is about a mile, the first 2 i did non stop. I am so out of shape but hopefully, by the end of the month i will be able to do the entire 9 laps which is about 3 miles. i would really like to do a 5k run this summer! yay go me!!!
2 laps at steady slow pace: 4 Laps total : 4 Laps in 30 mins
I used to run Cross Country but after my family moved I started homeschooling so I didn’t join a school team again and I just haven’t had the motivation to get out and run. I was on varsity too, but now I’m really out of shape and want to get back into it. My goal right now is to start off with a mile a day and work up to a potential marathon later this year.
cocotheterrible is getting back on track, finally
with my dog. i wwnt yesterday, but today i let some stupid things to get in the way. i must get that routine. to go running every morning
maxHRA is doing better
after two months of not running everyday, i finally motivated myself to get out and start again! only, now, its every other day. i’m so sore the next day that i end up walking instead. :(
i love running!! but right now, i only do it about twice a week =(
so i want to run at least a mile everyday!
10 days until i move in for cross country preseason. I’m going to try to really put in some good mileage this last week and a half.
I made this goal last summer because during the school year I pretty much am running everyday with my team, so it makes the goal much easier. Now I’m out of school and I’ve taken about 3 weeks off since the end of the season (about 2 weeks too long haha). Next year I will be in college running cross country for my school and I really want to be one of the top runners. I’ve started a running log for the summer and I definitely think it will help me keep track of the goal. I started running yesterday “officially.”
Above is my running log. I made collages of the front and back because it was just a boring white cover. Oh and I have a new favorite website:
It’s better than your average route mapping website because it’s specifically for runners. You can even type in you zip code and find runs that other people have done in your neighborhood!
