    look it ain’t perfect, but I’m doing pretty fine.
    wish I could make shopping more fun somehow…
    still have some food go bad but eating much more than I used to
    happy with the progress
    still get sick when I break the diet and eat takeaway – obviously riddled with gluten if not diary.
    so gold stars for a grand start to my new healthy life
    there is room for improvement but I’m very very happy with the progress

    I’ve eaten takeaway at least once a day for 4 days and I FEEL HORRIBLE
    I got too busy on the weekend doing music (and working out bills!!!) and didn’t get time to go shopping. This clearly has upset my whole equalibrium. I need a few prevention mechanisms in place. First I’ll set up some systems so that I never spend 3 hours doing bills again. The music, will have to fit.

    oooooooooooooooooooooh we love this goal too!
    I’m feeling way happy and healthy with home made meals every night. I LOVE mini-roasts and they take 5 mins prep and 25 mins cooking.RAH! I need more quick easy yum meals like this becuase I might get tired of mini roasts one day.
