How to buy a digital camera

 "Glad I finally did it."
How I did it: This was not something that I wanted to put a ton research time into so I ended up looking at cameras online in the $200 and under price range. I'm not big into photography at this point and wanted a small, easy to use digital camera that I could use to take pictures of my family, scenery, and some experimental subjects. I looked for a camera that had the ability to take good quality pictures and that also had some added features that I could "grow into" as I became more experienced. I relied heavily on the comments of other purchasers to guide me to a camera that I thought I would like. I ended up getting a Canon PowerShot SD1100IS 8MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom. We'll see how it goes. Lessons & tips: Since I'm new at this, I don't think I am the best person to offer advice on this. Resources: camera websites |

I’m going to be baby-sitting this summer so maybe with some of the money I get, I can finally buy a digital camera! Would be cool because I used to love taking pictures, and it would be fun to take pictures that aren’t just from my webcam.

I love to take pictures! I just love to capture the moments, so I can always remember them. At first I just wanted a normal digital camera, but now I’m thinking of getting a more professional camera, like a Nikon d40. Its like $500+, but I’m a pretty good saver when I want something, so I get it :]

I desperatly want a camera. I don’t want to look back not be abe to remember all the great times I’ve had. I want to record everyday and then I can decide later if I want the memories or not. Atleast I’ll have the option.

I’ve been interested in digital cameras ever since they first came out. Seems like everyone I know has one and I love the pictures they’re able to take with them. I’d like to get one to use to take pictures of family, nature, and just creative, unusual photos. Time to figure out what model I want, save up money, and buy one.

I have always wanted one, and have been researching for years now. I finally think I will be able to get one in the very near future. This way when I go on my hikes, plant my plants, lose weight, sell stuff on the net, and everything else I want to do, I can take a memory of it.

i bought a canon powershot 1100 on amazon and it will be here in a few days! i did some of research on line and this camera got a lot of positive reviews.
