Another week down! This seems to get easier and easier. I have my routine down, and I know I get to eat what I want once a week.



The Rules 6 months ago

This excludes Saturdays and holidays. I can’t give up my bacon egg and cheese biscuit completely or I will go crazy! I’ll count this goal as done after three months—August 25, 2009.

I have stopped healthy movement for a limited time. I’ve started eating breakfast every morning but not everytime such healthy :)

I’ve been doing better at this. I’ve been reminding myself that my body needs a kickstart in the morning and trying to fit in some whole grains. I love dark whole wheat toast, so that works. I did toast with yogurt and raspberries today, and have also done toast most other mornings this week.

I have really fallen off the wagon on this one. I was doing well when I was working and on a strict schedule for lunch. Now that I’m not, I find that I mish-mash lunch and breakfast all into one big morning/afternoon snack, depending on when I get hungry enough to notice it. I’d like to do better again.

I have five yogurts in the fridge. I’ll start eating one every morning.

Shoot. When I tried having three meals a day, I found myself eating late lunches and very late dinners. I know that having at least three daily meals is key to loosing weight. Unfortunately, having three delectable meals intrudes too much on my time. People who eat dietetic mini meals six times a day are not eating real food-food from scratch with sublime flavor, aroma, and mouthfeel(texture). Yeah-I cook and clean up after myself. Can’t afford to buy all of my meals. Plus its a great creative outlet. I’ve gone back to having my first meal of the day around brunchtime and having my dinner around suppertime or late suppertime (but not too late).
