buy a coffee table

I threw away my @m@zon boxes doing the job of the coffee table.

...to get rid of my 2 amazon boxes doing the job.

I didn’t add this to my list until after I bought the table this weekend. But it has been a goal for about a year and a half, and I decided my sense of accomplishment was so pronounced that I was willing to do some “creative goal setting” and give myself credit for a job well done. The year was worth the wait – I got a table that fits my living room exactly and it was at a very very good price.

Yay me!

I can’t believe this is someones goal (8 someones to be exact).
I just bought a coffee table 2 days ago. I’ve always had a coffee table but I’d been looking for a glass top, dolphin table and I found one at: www.craigslist.com

I’m so happy with my new coffee table!!

I have decided not to buy a coffee table but build one instead. I’m pretty excited it’s coming along nicely. Hopefully it will be finished by next week.

they have like 45,000 coffee tables there, and i picked one that i absolutely loved and couldn’t believe it when i saw the tag- under $30 bucks. you can’t get ANYTHING for under $30. anyway, i love it, i got some cute decorative candles to go on top, and since my apartment is only me, i ate dinner at it. love it, now my place feels a bit more furnished.

I dont know what I want yet.
But I guess it has to be timeless
So that kinda rules out the bright colourful ones
Or that terrible marble stuff

Perhaps a nice Balinese one?
Or a simple timber..
Glass and Iron is good too.

Who knows.

In about a week my coffee table is moving out (with my mum) so I really, really need one. Now.

I’ve decided to prioritize saving money, so unless a coffee table falls in my lap (ouch) I’m not going to buy one. Especially since i’m moving out of my apartment cross country in two months (also a goal)!
