Thursday – SO tired after work, got up and to school in time – but didn’t have time for anything. The same Friday.
So – not good…
Saturday I sleept until 10, really needed that after a busy week!

Monday didn’t really work – I’d set my alarm wring.
Today I woke up and snooze for an hour or so – but I managed to do all the things I wanted to do, without stress.

Well – it’s been a weekend without any plans, so no early mornings really. Today Sunday I got up at 8 am to do the laundry – a bit surprising :-)
This coming week is going to be rough – I’m very very busy – so it’s going to be interesting to see if I can get up in the mornings…

School starts at 11 today – so no reason to get up too early.
Was sleeping a couple of hours yesterday evenning, so I ended up sleeping far too much resulting in this morning being difficult.
I really have to stop sleeping after school, it really ruins my dayrythm when I get to much sleep!
But – had time for everything in the morning so nothing really to complain about :-) 2 years ago

I’m going to school late today, so I had kinda decided to get up at bit later today. But then I went to bed really early yesterday, so I thought I could as well wake up early today too.
But the morning was really hard – and I ended up just snoozing in bed for 2 hours +
But even though, I’ve managed a morningrun, shower and breakfast before leaving – so – not a perfect morning but okay :-) 2 years ago

It’s 6.42 an I’ve already been for a run, have showered, taken my medicin and eaten breakfast!
I took me 15 minuttes to get out of bed (the alarm started at 5.30), but that doesn’t really matter – I guess everyone needs some wakeup time. 2 years ago

I was up at 6 – took some light-therapy, ran for half an hour, ate breakfast, showered and all kind of stuff!

I woke up at 5 and was actually kind a awake for 20 minuttes while I used my light-therapy lamp. Feel asleep and didn’t get up before 8.
So – tomorrow I set the clock to 6 and try that. I want to go for a run in the morning, but it’s not very tempting when it’s all dark outside :-( 2 years ago

My alarm is set to 5 a clock! Then I should have enough time for running, showering, eating a good breakfast, do some other stuff and still get to school in time!
