while taking the ferry from camiguin to the main island of cagayan de oro, we saw dolphins from afar! they were so beautiful!

Of all the ocean-going animals, dolphins are definately the partiers. I’m sorry to say I also haven’t seen a whale, but dolphins man, when I’d be taking a ferry across chesepeeke bay they’d just follow along next to the boat sometimes.

went off on a boat-trip with a couple of friends years back to see dolphins and whales. the itching anticipation was very well worth the wait. after almost an hour of sailing aimlesslessly it seems, a pod of dolphins appeared. a few brave souls starting swimming alongside our boat, and after a lot of jumping and hooting, the dolphins started to give a “show”, jumping in the air and making fantastic maneuvers (did i spell that right?). we didn’t see any whales though since it was off season but the experience was life affirming, nonetheless.
