I went to the treatment rooms at lunch on the spur of the moment and although the reflexologist only works one day a fortnight she is there tomorrow. Which is luck and happenstance I think. I am rather excited.
How to have a reflexology treatment
How I did it: I made an appointment and turned up. It took a while to get round to it because it is an indulgence. But I thought of it as a way to promote good health and I am rather in need of that at the moment so. Well worth the money.
Lessons & tips: Drink plenty of water before and after.
Don't plan strenuous or mentally challenging activities for after the treatment.
Resources: The Association of Reflexologists has a database of qualified practitioners http://www.aor.org.uk/
Although I know some who are qualified but not on the list

I have had this in the past and found it to be really relaxing and balancing so I aim to have a treatment in the next month or so as there is a reflexologist five minutes from my office. No excuses for not looking after myself.
I have been interested in getting a treatment for some time and now I am looking into places in my area that offer it. I am excited to get one & I’ve heard good things about the effects.
i don’t go there any more. I still want to have a nice reflexology treatment.
i will ask my massage therapist if she can do reflexology as the part of the session. i did reflexology in the past and the therapist was magificent and results were great but i lost touch with her.
Had my first reflexology treatment this afternoon. It was lovely and relaxing and I’ve booked another one for a couple of weeks time. I could certainly feel when she worked on areas that affected my back, so hopefully it will do some good. Even just for general well-being I think it will ahve a positive effect.
Something I’m definitely going to keep doing.
I’m having my first treatment on Wednesday – can’t wait! Am suffering with sciatica so am hoping this might help a bit.
Can’t tell you how much reflexology has helped me with all my little aches and pains. Plus I sleep so soundly the night after a treatment. I love it!
I spoke to a lady at school who is a reflexologist. She is happy to do the tretment while I’m pregnant and said it is good for pregnancy niggles. So I just need to find the time to make an appointment now!
